Live Mangalitsa Feeder Pigs, Raised on Our Farm in Lompoc
Raise your own Mangalitsa. We’re selling a small group of feeder pigs from our herd, born this spring.
Mangalitsa is a slow-growing Hungarian heritage breed known for heavy marbling and rich, clean fat. Chefs call it the Wagyu of pork. Raise one out and you’ll see why.
Boars and Gilts
Born March 18. Old enough to finish out on your place or roast whole for a party.
- Boars: Sold intact. Plan to process or castrate right away.
- Gilts: Finish them for meat or keep them as breeding stock.
How Our Pigs Are Raised
Our Mangalitsas eat Organic Great Basin Landrace Rye grown by local farmers Nate Gonzales-Siemens and Rebekka Siemens. They also clean up broken eggs from our laying hens, leftover market veggies, and garden scraps. Nothing goes to waste.
