Organic Farming
All Natural
To give you the best possible fruits and vegetables, we harness the power of nature's goodness! Garden beds are inoculated with mycelium. Plus, we add our farm's chicken manure compost to the soil. This supports the natural habitat of beneficial insects, fungi, and bacterias, which release necessary nutrients to the earth.
Helpful Insects
We support a natural ecosystem by integrating beneficial insects and plants into the farm's land. Flowers and herbs are used to deter destructive insect populations and attract pollinators and other beneficial insects. We also release ladybugs, green lacewings, and other good bugs to further eliminate the bad bugs from our crops.
Rotated Crops
As part of our commitment to sustainable farming, we rotate our crops regularly. This infuses great nutrients into the soil, prevents soil erosion, and promotes a healthy soil structure. Plus, it wards off threats of infestation or disease and delivers you organic produce that's packed with vitamins and minerals!
Always Fresh
We harvest new vegetables and fruits every week. Each day, we reset the farm stand, adding new produce and removing produce that's past its prime. To eliminate waste, we take this leftover produce to our goats, who love gobbling up this crunchy goodness!
Sustainable Education
Each season our WWOOF-USA Interns help with bed preparation, insect and weed management, and planting and harvesting. This is a wonderful part of our commitment to educating future farmers in the practice of sustainable farming.
Toxin Free
Produce comes from a single acre of hand-formed beds. It's GMO-free, pesticide-free, and herbicide-free. Enjoy consuming food with peace of mind that it's packed with nothing but nutrients, and not a drop of harmful chemicals.
You Make Our Heart Beet
